Sam Ladner currently runs her own firm, Copernicus Consulting Group. She frequently partners with design firms to provide them with insights for interactive, marketing, industrial and organizational design. She specializes in uncovering insights for organizations designing products, services, or processes. Sam grew up in the West Coast town of Sechelt, B.C. During the dot-com years, she worked for The Globe and Mail, Sympatico.ca and Rogers Media in Toronto. Sam then entered graduate school, received an MA in Communication from Simon Fraser University and returned to Toronto to work at the Institute for Competitiveness and Prosperity, under Rotman School Dean Roger Martin and Executive Director Jim Milway.
